Role Description The Travel Consultant role at TripCiti is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Travel

Consultant will advise customers on domestic and international travel options, design customized itineraries, and recommend suitable packages based on budget and preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing travel bookings, coordinating flights, accommodations, visas, and other travel arrangements, and ensuring accuracy in reservations and documentation. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and transparent communication,



and resolving issues before and during travel to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure competitive rates and deliver reliable, high-quality travel services.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee end-to-end travel solutions.
- Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, and visa-related services.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling multiple bookings, schedules, and documentation simultaneously.
- Proficiency with travel booking systems, reservation software, and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
