Role & Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Attend walk-in, calls & WhatsApp inquiries for Domestic & International tour packagesItinerary & Quotation: Prepare customized tour packages, flight + hotel + visa + insurance quotations for clients.

Bookings & Operations: Confirm bookings for flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruise, and group toursVisa Assistance: Guide clients for USA, Schengen, UK, Thailand, Dubai visa process & document collectionFollow-ups & Conversions: Maintain daily follow-ups to convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly targets.

Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and transport vendors for best ratesPost-Booking Support: Share vouchers, travel docs, and provide 24x7 support to clients during travelCRM & Reporting: Update all leads,



quotations and bookings in CRM and report to Manager daily.

Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience: 1-3 years in Travel agency / Tour operator. Knowledge: Good knowledge of Domestic & International destinations, GDS, Amadeus, Galileo is a plusSkills: Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi & English. Customer handling & sales skills.

Computer: MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, and basic knowledge of booking portalsPersonality: Target-driven, presentable, quick learner, and problem-solving attitudeEducation: Any Graduate. Travel & Tourism diploma preferred but not mandatory.
