- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries related to travel.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, destination preferences, and travel dates.

- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.

- Prepare customized itineraries and travel packages as per customer requirements.

- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, cancellation policies, and terms & conditions.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.

- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners.

- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in CRM.

- Achieve assigned sales, conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.





- Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate where appropriate.

- Ensure timely follow-up on all open leads and enquiries.

- Resolve customer concerns before, during, and after travel.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with company processes.

- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Quality, and Support teams.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
