About the role:





- Would be responsible for managing Service transitions right from transition initiation to steady state operations using proven Program and Project management principles to ensure seamless transition of in scope services within timelines, cost without impacting customer business.
- Responsible for planning and delivery of all components of work Due diligence, transition planning, staffing, project planning, Training plans, logistics, technical Infrastructure, knowledge transfer strategy.
- Provide Technical SME-support for site due diligence and solution design inputs for new bids and any need based trouble shooting for technical issues
- Shadow and Reverse shadow execution, training plans, SLAs metrics, quality plan, Risk and Issue management Implement best practices from start of contract through excellence centre specialists and help accelerate account journey to profitability.
- Drive consistency and compliance in Transition process across accounts by providing clear guidelines, processes and tools for a successful transition.
- Stakeholder Management - Build effective partnerships with client, operations team and domain specialists, talent acquisition, HR, technology, procurement, finance, administration, legal and other functional linkages
- Effective Monitoring and Control- Timely escalation and logging of issues and risks including cost associated with risks.
- Track project milestone dates. Ensure site readiness, ensure system readiness, Ensure people readiness, Ensure service readiness, Monitor Project Cost, ensure Stakeholder Engagement and Communication, milestone Sign-offs from stakeholders.
- Maintain the up to date documentation Responsible for ensuring that all project documentation accurately reflects the status of changes and outstanding issues.

Qualification-
- Graduate in any stream, preferably technical background
- Experience 8-10 years, with min 5 years of experience in Technical Facilities Management
- Strong Program and Project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, with strong influencing skills. Positive Communications skills to interact effectively with client and internal domain specialists.
- Must be willing to travel.
