You’ll Make a Difference By

- Deliver technical training programs for engineering teams to build and enhance employee competencies.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and course content to align with evolving technologies and business requirements.
- Test product functionality and validate training exercises to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of learning content.
- Analyze training needs through skill gap assessments, competency reviews, and stakeholder feedback, and create appropriate learning interventions.
- Maintain training records, monitor participation, and support competency management systems and reporting.
- Coordinate training schedules and collaborate with trainers, engineers, and support teams to ensure successful training execution.
- Design and implement recent learning modules based on engineering and business requirements.
- Support training-related initiatives, tool development activities, and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing team productivity and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert in HVAC,



Building Automation Systems (BAS), and related engineering applications.
- Continuously expand technical and functional capabilities to support changing customer and business needs.

Your Success Is Grounded In

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in technical training, learning & development, or engineering enablement within engineering, automation, or building technologies domains.
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls, sensors, valves, and controller selection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, training content development, and classroom/virtual training delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and learner engagement skills with a focus on competency development and continuous improvement.
