Role Overview:

Crack-ED, part of the CarDekho Group, provides skill development programs for students and professionals. We design training modules covering soft skills, leadership skill, data analysis, and more. We are looking for a Training Content Creator who can transform complex concepts into engaging, learner-friendly content. This role focuses on building high-impact training modules, coordinating with SMEs, & managing centralised content repositories.

Key Responsibilities

● Content Creation: Design end-to-end training modules (presentations, learner materials) by converting raw inputs (SME notes, internal documents, research) into structured, engaging content

● Content Enhancement: Redesign and simplify existing content into concise, learner-friendly formats while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines





● Stakeholder & Content Repository Management: Coordinate with SMEs for content development, manage content repositories, trackers, and quick reference materials

Eligibility

● 3 years experience in content creation / instructional design

● Excellent written communication

● Proficiency in Canva / PowerPoint / Google Slides

● Familiarity with Gen AI tools

● Ownership and attention to detail

● Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

● Fast turnaround mindset

Valuable to Have

● Instructional design certification / background

● Strong content structuring and simplification ability

● EdTech / L&D; experience
