Role Description:

1. Responsible for branch product training online and offline, with a customer-centric approach. Organize, deliver, and facilitate product training and education via live classroom, onsite training, video conference, and one-on-one training across channels for employees and customers.
2. Collaborate with region and HO to conduct product training, including designing, developing, and optimizing the creative, high-quality, interactive product course curriculum, distributor product training, and managing the product training campaign.
3. Liaise with region and HO to ensure all recurring product learning programs are updated regularly,



including product materials and procedure upgrades.
4. Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the company's and competitors' products.
5. Direct and support the region and branch in product training events and operate community engagement online and offline.
6. Organize and manage events such as seminars, workshops, and training across the country to conduct training and promotional meetings.

Qualifications

- With 2+ years of experience designing technical product training course content, Excellent organizational skills, close attention to quality, detail, and accuracy, combined with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
- Design Product training content & materials, motivating & coaching, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should have experience in MLM, Health Care or Pharmaceuticals.
- Hindi, English, and any additional language.
- Graduate/ Postgraduate in Pharma or Health, Food, or Science
