Job Title: Trainer Telesales

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct process training for current hires.

- Deliver product, process, compliance, and sales training programs.

- Develop and update training content, SOPs, FAQs modules.

- Conduct refresher and remedial training based on QA and business findings.

- Monitor trainee performance through assessments and certification programs.

- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Business teams to identify training needs.

- Maintain training records, attendance trackers, and performance reports.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements during training delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

- 2-5 years of experience in Training, preferably in Telesales, Insurance, BFSI, or Contact Center operations.

- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Good understanding of sales processes, quality frameworks, and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience in content development and stakeholder management will be an added advantage
