Role Description The Trainers role at Dattatray Consultancy is a contract, on-site position based in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering structured training sessions to hospitality staff on service standards, food and beverage knowledge, and operational best practices.
Trainers will design and update training materials, conduct practical demonstrations, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance. The role involves assessing skill gaps, conducting evaluations, and recommending improvements to management. Trainers will collaborate closely with consultants and client teams to ensure training aligns with each venue’s concept and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in training or coaching within the hospitality, food and beverage, or service industry.
- Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams on-site.
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations, including service workflows, guest experience standards, and basic safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to design clear training content,
adapt methods to different learning styles, and measure training effectiveness.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Relevant education in hospitality management or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and and other locations in India , adhere ti to client schedules and operational requirements.
