Urgent Requirement for Trainer for Reputed Healthcare
Position: Trainer Audit & Quality
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1+ Year
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recent hire induction and onboarding training.
- Deliver process and refresher training for Clinics & BPM teams.
- Identify Training Needs (TNI) and prepare Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Develop, update, and maintain training content, SOPs, and knowledge base.
- Prepare and administer PKTs and competency assessments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
- Conduct process and quality audits as required.
- Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Support process rollouts and continuous learning initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure training quality and compliance.
