Sanyog Pharma is engaged in research and development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Pharmaceutical intermediates, and fine chemicals. Our R&D; center and manufacturing unit are located in Pithampur (Indore, M.P.).

Position Summary

We are hiring Trainee Researchers for our API R&D; division.

This is a core organic synthesis role involving:

- Development of recent API & intermediate routes
- Lab-scale experimentation
- Literature study and reaction understanding

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough literature survey
- Plan and execute laboratory experiments (organic synthesis)
- Understand reaction mechanisms, reagents, and conditions
- Maintain proper documentation and follow SOPs
- Support reaction profiling, impurity understanding, and optimization
- Assist in development of API/intermediate processes
- Work with spiking, purging studies, and robustness checks
- Support scale-up activities (lab to kilo-scale)

Qualifications : M.Sc. Chemistry (Organic Chemistry preferred)

Other acceptable streams: Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / General Chemistry -with strong interest in organic synthesis.
