Responsibilities:

- Accurately post payments (ERA/EOB) into the billing system.
- Analyze and process insurance and patient payments.
- Identify and handle denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Ensure proper adjustment posting (contractual, write-offs, etc.).
- Reconcile posted payments with bank deposits.
- Work on denial codes and take necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate with AR/Claims team for unresolved issues.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports as required.
