We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Travel Sales Manager to lead our travel sales team, generate new business, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel products, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the travel sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, online inquiries, referrals, and other channels.

- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international travel packages.

- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel packages based on customer needs and budgets.

- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining healthy profit margins.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, travel partners, hotels, airlines, and other suppliers.

- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, revenue,



and team productivity.

- Train and mentor sales executives on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer handling, and follow-up processes.

- Handle important or escalated customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.

- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed trips.

- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records in CRM or other systems.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management.

- Stay updated on travel destinations, airline/hotel offerings, visa requirements, seasonal trends, and competitor pricing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
