Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Distribution Management:
a. Lead distribution management for the division by ensuring WSS effectiveness, network rationalization, and distribution expansion, while driving scorecard performance, compliance, and process adherence (as per the policies); b. Own WSS engagement, feedback resolution, and relationship management, and ensure receivable discipline, attrition control, and continuous improvement through market insights and corrective actions.
1. Trade and Field Marketing:
a. Plan and execute BTL and field marketing initiatives with transparent budgeting, calendarization, and cross-division collaboration to maximize impact. b. Drive governance through regular reviews, market visits, and timely closure of action points to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality execution across towns.
