Role Overview

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to support and implement trade marketing initiatives across retail channels. The role focuses on boosting brand visibility, executing in-store campaigns, and supporting sales teams to drive product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing trade marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and retail activations.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and design teams for POS materials, displays, and promotional assets.

- Support product launches with trade-focused strategies and ensure effective execution at retail outlets.

- Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation.

- Monitor campaign performance, sales uplift, and ROI, providing actionable insights.





- Track competitor activities and market trends to support trade marketing strategies.

- Ensure compliance with brand standards, planograms, and display guidelines at retail points.

Requirements

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation (FMCG, D2C, skincare, or beauty preferred).

- Understanding of retail operations, channel management, and promotional strategies.

- Positive coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and report insights.

- Passion for skincare, beauty, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
