Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trade Finance Auditor with 5+ years of relevant experience to conduct independent audits of Trade Finance and related banking operations. The role involves evaluating trade finance transactions, operational controls, trade documentation, regulatory compliance, and risk management across import/export finance, foreign exchange operations, and related banking products.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct independent audits of Trade Finance operations, including import and export transactions.

- Review trade finance products including Letters of Credit (LCs), Invoice Discounting, Remittances, Export & Import Finance, and Bank Guarantees.

- Audit transactions relating to EDPMS, IDPMS, Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS), FDI, and ODI.

- Review SWIFT transactions, electronic Bank Guarantees (e-BGs), Foreign Currency Loans, and Forex operations.

- Verify compliance with RBI regulations, FEMA guidelines, and internal Trade Finance policies.

- Assess operational controls, trade documentation,



and regulatory reporting.

- Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, compliance issues, and operational risks.

- Prepare audit observations and recommend corrective actions to strengthen Trade Finance processes and internal controls.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Trade Finance Audit, Trade Finance Operations, Internal Audit, or related banking functions.

- Strong knowledge of LCs, Invoice Discounting, Remittances, Import/Export Operations, and Bank Guarantees.

- Experience with EDPMS, IDPMS, TReDS, FDI, and ODI.

- Knowledge of SWIFT, e-BGs, Foreign Currency Loans, and Forex Operations.

- Solid understanding of RBI regulations, FEMA guidelines, and Trade Finance controls.

- Strong analytical, audit, documentation, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
