Job Summary The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position focuses on problem-solving, meeting client service level agreements (SLAs), and empowering teams through effective management. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Zscaler and Palo Alto technologies to enhance service delivery and optimize processes to achieve organizational objectives.

Support Team Meets Client Expectations By Implementing Best Practices In Zscaler Dlp, Casb, And Sse Frameworks.
