Questa Path Labs is looking for an experienced and motivated TPA Manager to join our team in Bhopal.

Position: TPA Manager

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage TPA and insurance-related processes
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals and corporate clients
- Handle cashless/pre-authorization and claim-related documentation
- Follow up on pending approvals, claims and payments
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of documents
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with TPA/insurance partners

Candidate Profile

- Experience in TPA/Insurance/Hospital/Diagnostic industry preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Robust documentation and claim-handling skills
