RFIP, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Tower Foreman to lead field deployment crews in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication systems. This leadership role is responsible for managing job sites, supervising crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Start Date: On or before February 24, 2025

Pay Rate: $32.00/hour (paid weekly)

Position Overview The Tower Foreman is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, including crew leadership, safety compliance, project execution, and customer communication. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Site Management

- Plan and manage all aspects of tower construction and field deployment.
- Coordinate pre-trip planning, including material readiness and logistics.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and efficiently.
- Monitor tool utilization and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Provide daily updates on project progress, including site reports and photos.

Team Supervision
- Lead and supervise field crews during all construction activities.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Evaluate crew skill levels and provide ongoing training and development.
- Foster a productive, professional, and safety-focused team setting.

Safety & Compliance
- Enforce all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily safety meetings, audits, and site inspections.
- Ensure all safety documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible on-site.




- Utilize required safety tracking and documentation tools.

Technical Oversight
- Supervise installation of towers, antennas, coax, microwave systems, and grounding.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all equipment and systems being installed.

Documentation & Reporting
- Document daily activities, progress, and completed work.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to management and clients.
- Ensure all Fieldwire (or equivalent) reporting is completed with quality and detail.

Resource Management
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment with management.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper use, storage, and security of all assets.
- Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and assigned equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and care of customer-provided equipment.

Problem Solving & Customer Relations
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
- Communicate material needs and issues ahead of time to avoid delays.
- Address customer concerns on-site and maintain strong client relationships.
- Actively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.

Quality Control
- Enforce quality control standards across all phases of work.




- Conduct inspections at key stages to identify and correct issues early.
- Minimize rework and avoid unnecessary return trips.
- Ensure all reporting reflects accurate, high-quality project completion.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and crew management experience.
- In-depth understanding of tower construction, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret Statements of Work (SOW) and technical documents.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources, and field execution.
- Hands-on experience climbing and working on communication towers.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb towers and work at heights regularly.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment.
- Capable of working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
- OSHA, RF Awareness, and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
