TGT English – Social Science Background

HRM Global School, Pitampura is looking for a qualified and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English with a strong academic background in Social Science/Arts subjects.

Position: TGT English

Location: HRM Global School, Pitampura

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Educational Qualification:

- M.A. in English from a recognised university.
- Graduation with Political Science, History, or any other Arts/Humanities subject as one of the subjects.
- B.Ed. from a recognised institution is preferred/required as per applicable norms.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach English to middle and secondary school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other academic resources.
- Assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Integrate critical thinking, communication skills, and interdisciplinary learning into classroom teaching.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.




- Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and other academic responsibilities.
- Coordinate with parents and colleagues regarding students' academic progress and development.
- Contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular activities of the school.

Desired Skills:

- Robust command of English language, grammar, literature, and communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of History, Political Science, and/or other Humanities subjects.
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students through innovative and activity-based teaching methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to take on academic and co-curricular responsibilities.
