Hiring: Test Manager – Corporate Banking (Cash Management | Intellect | Automation) Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: Minimum 12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Joiners Onlt We are hiring a Test Manager for one of the leading banks in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced QA/QE leader with a strong background in Corporate Banking, particularly Cash Management, combined with hands-on exposure to Intellect Design Arena products and a strong understanding of test automation.

Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end QA/QE delivery across Corporate Banking transformation programs.

- Define and execute test strategy, test planning, estimation, governance, and delivery.
- Manage Functional, Integration, SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Drive automation adoption and ensure maximum test coverage through automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and program leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor quality metrics, risks, defects, and release readiness while providing regular governance updates to senior stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple workstreams in an Agile delivery environment.

Skills & Experience - Minimum 12 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Test Manager leading enterprise-scale QA programs.
- Robust experience in Corporate Banking.
- Hands-on experience in Cash Management solutions is mandatory.
- Experience working on Intellect Design Arena Corporate Banking/Cash Management products is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of test automation with exposure to automation strategy, framework implementation, and automation-led delivery.
- Experience managing automation teams using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UFT, Cypress, or similar.
- Good understanding of API, database, and integration testing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Domain Experience

Exposure to one or more of the following will be an added advantage: Liquidity Management Virtual Accounts Corporate Payments Host-to-Host (H2H) Integrations API/Open Banking SWIFT and ISO 20022 Corporate Internet Banking
