- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good understanding of functional testing and gameplay testing for mobile games.

- Experience in identifying, reproducing, documenting, and tracking defects through detailed bug reports.

- Familiarity with QA/testing and defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar).

- Ability to analyse game features, mechanics, and user flows to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, producers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

- Execute test cases and validate bug fixes across multiple game builds.

- Ensure game quality, stability, performance, and overall player experience before release.

- Maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout the game development lifecycle.

- Exposure to AI tools and modern testing practices is an added advantage.

- Passion for mobile gaming with solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
