Job Summary

We are looking for a

Territory Service Officer (TSO)

to drive service business, customer satisfaction, process adherence, and dealer capability across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive service business growth, retention, and customer acquisition at dealer workshops.

- Ensure adherence to

HMCL service processes, policies, warranty, FSC, and parts management

.

- Implement key initiatives such as

We Connect, campaigns, VAS, SPA, and product support programs

.

- Monitor parts & oil inventory, service performance, complaints, and customer satisfaction

.

- Drive dealer audits, MIP/myScore, Hero Connect, PIN, TIB, and counter-measure implementation

.

- Ensure timely

FSC and warranty claim settlement

.

- Drive manpower availability, training, OJT, and capability development at workshops.

- Organize service camps and customer engagement activities to improve business and loyalty.
