Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by promoting implants, joint, keen & hip replacement products, and orthopedic devices.
- Develop robust relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support, and resolve customer issues to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in territory sales or similar role in the medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of implants, joint replacement products, orthopedics, and related technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and strategic planning.
