KEY DELIVERABLES

- Manage complete tender life cycle including opportunity identification, study of tender/RFQ documents,framing of pre-bid queries , BOQ preparation, evaluation,estimation,and costing, competitor assessment bid submission, post-bid coordination,techno-commercial negotiations,price bids.
- Organizing kick-off meeting between customers & project team.where the key deliverable under the contract will be explained.
- Lead contract reviews, commercial negotiations, and compliance for government and private tenders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure timely LOA/PO issuance and payment realization.




- Perform competitor analysis and market mapping to support bid strategy and business developmen t.

- Dynamic Tendering, Contracts, and Business Development skilled with 10+ years of experience across Renewable Energy, Coal & Logistics, Mining, Manufacturing, EPC, and Government Procurement sectors.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end bid management, contract administration, commercial negotiations, strategic business development, and stakeholder engagement with Government, PSU, and private sector organizations.
- Demonstrated success in securing high-value projects
