1)Tendering Engineer / Tendering Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Tendering Engineer/Tendering Manager with 2-above years of experience in preparing and managing MEP tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical and commercial tender proposals for MEP projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for tender requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Maintain tender records and documentation.

Requirements:

- 2-above years of experience in MEP tendering/estimation.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering.

2) Quality Engineer

Experience Required: 2+ above

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications,



and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of materials and site installations.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, and Civil Engineering.
- 2- above of QA/QC experience in MEP construction projects.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, QA/QC procedures, and relevant industry standards.

3) Project Engineer / Jr. Project Engineer

Experience Required: 2+ above

Roles & Responsibilities:

2+ years experience at site / office in execution of Plumbing / Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm / Public Address System, etc. works in multi-storeyed buildings.

Place of Posting Mumbai Metropolitan Region / Pune
