We are seeking an experienced MEP Tendering Engineer/Tendering Manager with 2-above years of experience in preparing and managing MEP tender submissions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and FAPA, Electrical, along with expertise in estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical and commercial tender proposals for MEP projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for tender requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Support bid submission within the required timelines.
- Maintain tender records and documentation.
Requirements:
- 2-above years of experience in MEP tendering/estimation.
- Robust knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering.
