Key Responsibilities

- Research, identify, and analyze tender opportunities relevant to drone technology and services.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all technical and financial requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs for tender documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all tenders, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Track and monitor tender timelines, bid results, and provide strategic feedback.
- Ensure all tender documentation complies with statutory and organizational policies.
- Liaise with government departments and private clients as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tendering, procurement, or contract management.
- Hands-on experience with e-tendering portals and online submission platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of drone technology or startup operations is a plus.
