Role & responsibilities

1. Track and identify relevant tenders from government portals (GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement), PSU websites, and private RFPs.
2. Analyze tender documents (RFP/RFQ/EOI) for eligibility, technical, and commercial requirements.
3. Coordinate with technical, procurement, finance, and legal teams to compile bid documents.
4. Prepare technical and commercial bid responses, compliance sheets, and pre-bid queries.
5. Ensure timely submission of tenders (online/offline) with all required documentation (EMD, bank guarantees, certificates, etc.).
6. Liaise with OEMs/vendors for pricing, technical specifications, and authorization letters.
7. Maintain a tender tracker/database with status updates (submitted, under evaluation, won/lost).
8. Attend pre-bid meetings and tender openings as required.

Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to strengthen bid strategy. 09.Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational tendering policies.

10.Support post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Preferred candidate profile :

1.



Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT/Business Administration (MBA preferred).
2. 1-3 years of experience in tendering/bid management, preferably in IT/Systems Integration, networking, or infrastructure industry.
3. Strong knowledge of government e-procurement platforms (GeM, CPPP, state portals).
4. Familiarity with technical specifications for IT hardware, networking, security systems, data centers, etc.
5. Excellent documentation, drafting, and MS Office/Excel skills.
6. Robust coordination and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
7. Knowledge of GST, EMD, PBG, and other commercial/legal tender requirements.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with OEMs like Cisco, HP, Dell, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.
2. Understanding of ISO/quality certifications required in tenders.
3. Prior experience working with system integrators or IT infrastructure companies.
