Role: Telecaller Telugu Speaking
Gender: Male
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with local farmers and dealers in Telugu over phone.
- Make outbound calls and maintain regular communication with farmers/dealers.
- Understand their queries, requirements and provide necessary information.
- Follow up with customers and dealers as required.
- Maintain call records and basic reports.
- Perform other telecalling and coordination-related tasks assigned by the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be fluent in Telugu – speaking is mandatory.
- Valuable communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English will be an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Working Hours 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
