We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and provide information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.

- Explain products/services and provide accurate information.

- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.





- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

- Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and/or local language will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
