Lakmé Academy Greater Noida is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our beauty and wellness courses, and support the admissions process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.

- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and events.

- Explain course details, fee structure, EMI options, certifications, and career opportunities.

- Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and student inquiries in the CRM or lead management system.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets.

- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for successful enrollments.

- Resolve basic queries professionally and ensure a positive student experience.





- Follow up with interested candidates until the admission process is completed.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

- Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Qualification

- Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred).

- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or education counseling is an advantage.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
