About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Costumer Service tellecaller to help grow our customer base and drive sales. This is a outstanding entry-level role if you love talking to people, meeting targets, and learning sales from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Find new customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and field visits

Sales & Conversion: Pitch products/services, handle customer queries, and close deals

Relationship Building: Maintain good rapport with existing clients and do regular follow-ups

Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets given by manager

- Market Research: Understand customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends
- Documentation: Maintain CRM, sales reports, and client data accurately
- Support: Coordinate with delivery, billing, and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: 12th pass / Graduate. Freshers can apply
- Experience: 0-2 years in sales. Field sales / B2B / B2C experience is a plus
- Communication:



Good spoken Hindi, English, and local language. Confident personality
- Skills: Negotiation, convincing skills, basic computer MS Excel, smartphone usage
- Other: Self-motivated, target-oriented, willing to travel locally. Own 2-wheeler preferred
