Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tellecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling enquiries, following up with candidates and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate communication records. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Explain the Foundation's programmes, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the recruitment tracker or CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in tellecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
- Valuable verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
