Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and explaining available residential and commercial property options. The specialist identifies customer needs, provides accurate information on projects and pricing, and schedules site visits or meetings with the sales team.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs and lead records, following up with interested prospects,



and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into successful transactions. The role also includes offering courteous customer support, handling basic queries, and updating CRM or internal systems with call outcomes and customer details.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and telesales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert leads.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English/Tamil and confident phone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Candidates should possess the ability to learn quickly and participate in Training related to property details, regulations, and internal processes.
- Relevant experience in telesales, real estate, or retail sales is preferred.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field is an advantage.
