Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound calls to potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, promoting solar energy solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves offering support to customers and participating in necessary training sessions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Communication,



with the ability to clearly articulate product information and engage potential customers effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and Customer Support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns efficiently
- Proficiency in Sales, including generating leads, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to participate in Training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
- Self-motivation, target-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to customer interaction
- Prior experience in a telesales or customer support role is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools and systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
