Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce VsnapU’s photography and videography services.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages based on their needs.
- Convert inquiries into successful bookings.
- Build solid customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, offers, and ongoing campaigns.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure maximum conversion ratio.
- Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain customer data and update sales records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English & Hindi.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
