About the Role:

GURCHARANAM is looking for Telesales Executives to join our team in Kanpur. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with students and parents by phone, explaining our NEET, JEE, and Foundation programs, and helping prospective students understand the courses and the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to students and parents and introduce them to GURCHARANAM
- Explain our NEET, JEE, and Foundation courses, facilities, teaching methodology, and other relevant information.
- Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convince and motivate prospective students to consider our programs.
- Follow up with interested students and parents regularly.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum qualification:



Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently in local/regional languages.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates from a Science background will be preferred, especially those familiar with NEET/JEE/Foundation education.
- Candidates with relevant telesales, telecalling, counselling, or education-industry experience will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
