Job Title: E-commerce Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Tele Sales Executive join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Customer Support, Telecalling, Vendor Onboarding, or Seller Support.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer and vendor interactions, resolving queries, onboarding new sellers, and achieving daily calling and onboarding targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers with product, order, return, cancellation, and service-related queries.
- Contact potential vendors and onboard them onto the company's marketplace.
- Explain platform features, registration process, pricing, and business benefits to vendors.
- Follow up with prospective vendors to complete the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sellers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, onboarding, and performance targets.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in E-commerce,



Marketplace, or Seller Support is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Vendor Onboarding and Customer Handling.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with E-commerce Platforms, Marketplaces, Online Seller Support, or Vendor Management will be preferred.
