Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate business opportunities through inbound and outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other online inquiry platforms. Candidates with experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or product-based company will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.

- Manage and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, website, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.

- Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.

- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or Excel.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.





- Coordinate with internal departments for timely customer support.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Tele Sales experience.

- Hands-on experience handling IndiaMART and Justdial leads.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Experience in inbound and outbound calling.

- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

- Ability to work under sales targets.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or Product-Based Company.

- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
