Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regularly to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
