Hiring: IndiaMART Tele Sales Executive

Location: Delhi NCR (Only Delhi NCR candidates can apply)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of Tele Sales/Customer Service/Sales experience can also apply.
- Location: Only candidates residing in Delhi NCR are eligible.
- Device Requirement: An Android phone is mandatory.

Salary & Advantages

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (In-hand), depending on interview performance.
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives as per target achievement.
- No salary deductions on the basic salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers and promote IndiaMART services.




- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide product information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and calling applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
