Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our real-estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our land/plot projects, following up with interested customers, and assisting the sales team in generating site visits and bookings.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our land/plot projects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project details.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convince interested customers to schedule a site visit.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until conversion.
- Update customer details and call status.




- Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and customer meetings.
- Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or real-estate experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
