Job OverviewWe are looking for energetic, target-driven, and communicative Telesales Executives to join our growth team at our Malaparamba office. In this role, you will interact directly with prospective students and clients, present our financial programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, students, and leads to introduce HAFM’s finance and management courses.
- Understand prospect needs and recommend suitable training programs, workshops, or certifications.
- Explain course details, fees, class schedules, and potential career/learning benefits clearly.
- Follow up consistently with prospective leads through phone calls, WhatsApp,



and emails.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of lead statuses and customer interactions in the lead database.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales (Experience in education, finance, or ed-tech sectors is a plus). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Excellent verbal communication in Malayalam (Working knowledge of English is required; Hindi is an added advantage).
- Key Skills: High phone presence, strong persuasion skills, active listening, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Basic familiarity with computer applications and MS Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking.
