We're looking for an MBBS-qualified physician to deliver online consultations to patients through our platform. You'll manage a full consultation load independently — history taking, assessment, prescribing where appropriate, and knowing when a case needs in-person or specialist care.

This is a clinical role, not an advisory one. You will be responsible for patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

Conduct patient consultations over video, audio, and chat during your assigned shifts

Take histories, form clinical assessments, and issue prescriptions in line with NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines

Identify cases that require escalation, in-person examination, or emergency referral — and route them promptly

Maintain accurate, complete consultation records in our system

Follow up on ongoing cases and chronic condition management

Participate in clinical audits and peer case reviews

Give feedback to our product and operations teams on where the consultation workflow gets in the way of valuable care
