Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Explain company products/services clearly and answer customer queries.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Generate leads and help convert prospects into customers.

Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Skills Required

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

Confident and polite telephone manner.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers can also apply, depending on the company.

Typical Salary: ₹8,000–₹20,000+ per month, depending on location, company, experience, and incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
