Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate solar leads
- Explain rooftop solar solutions, benefits & available schemes
- Follow up with leads through calls & WhatsApp
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits
- Maintain daily lead, calling & follow-up records
- Coordinate between customers, sales executives & site survey teams
- Assist with quotations, documents and basic office operations
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update Excel/CRM
- Handle customer queries professionally

What We're Looking For
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English communication is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & WhatsApp
- Confident,



polite & target-oriented personality
- Telecalling / sales / office operations experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
