Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecalling role based in Patna. The Telecaller will contact customers regarding loan or credit card payments, explain outstanding dues, and provide accurate information on repayment options as per client guidelines.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, updating call records in the system, and following standard scripts and compliance norms. The role also involves coordinating with field collection teams, sharing customer feedback, and escalating complex cases to supervisors when needed. Telecallers are expected to meet daily call targets, maintain a professional and respectful tone with customers,



and support overall collection and recovery goals.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain financial information simply.
- Basic computer literacy, with the ability to work on CRM or call management software and maintain accurate call logs.
- Customer service orientation, with patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills to handle objections and resolve queries.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and stay focused during high-volume calling.
- Minimum high school education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any stream is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, collections, banking, NBFC, or BPO is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Comfort working on-site in Patna, with flexibility to work standard shifts and occasional extended hours based on business needs.
- Ethical and professional approach to customer interactions, with respect for confidentiality and compliance with client and regulatory guidelines.
