Job Summary
Amend Dental Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations and treatments.
- Provide accurate information about dental services and offers.
- Maintain call records and update patient information.
- Coordinate with the front office and doctors to ensure smooth patient communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience in a healthcare or dental clinic is preferred.
