About Storla Collection

Storla Collection is a growing jewellery brand offering stylish and affordable jewellery for everyday wear, special occasions and gifting.

We are looking for a multi-skilled and energetic individual who can manage both customer communication/sales and social media content creation for our brand.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, following up on leads, creating Instagram Reels and helping us increase both customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Handling & Sales

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and social media
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders
- Explain jewellery products, pricing, offers, availability and delivery details
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Maintain customer and lead records
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer experience and support

Social Media & Content Creation
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and Posts
- Shoot and edit short product videos using smartphone
- Use tools like CapCut, VN, Canva for editing
- Research trending Reels,



sounds and content ideas
- Create content around jewellery styling, gifting, festivals and fashion trends
- Maintain basic content calendar
- Track performance (views, reach, engagement, enquiries)
- Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility

Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year experience in telecalling, sales, content creation or similar role
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident in speaking with customers
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Reels & social media trends
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut / VN / Canva)
- Creative mindset with interest in fashion & jewellery
- Smartphone + basic computer skills
- Energetic, self-motivated and willing to learn
